Well, this is what i do. I go to the least busiest realm, go to Mirkholm Keep, and go into this cave thing. Somwhere in it, you take a right and there are a LOAD of Banshees in front of a lake. Inside that lake, you can find loads and loads of Frost flowers and Cattail.
